“You’re a long way from any Catholic church in this area, mister.”
@stylish-alastor came over for lunch at Will’s place
“I’m glad you came over, Alastor!” Said the redhead as he made grilled bacon cheeses sandwiches with tomato soups on the side. He already set it on the table for him and Alastor to dig in. Today’s weather is cold so this is the perfect meal to eat inside. After this, Will considers in making hot cocoa with a peppermint flavor.
But first....there’s something he needed to ask.
“Um....Alastor. Can I ask you a question?” He needs to ask before asking a favor.

Camellia + Erik (( write it about Cherik I guess??? ))
Camelia: My destiny is in your hands.
@theirvoices
Erik sighed as Charles walked towards him. He was tired. So tired. His hands shook at the sight of the telepath. He balled them into fists.
“Hello, old friend,” Erik said. The words that had once bothered him now stood as a wall between them, put there to force a separation. Erik forced himself to hold Charles’ gaze, steel eyes hard beneath the helmet.
“Hello, Erik,” Charles replied, his voice soft, gentle as he breached the gap, and Erik shut his eyes. He didn’t deserve that.
“Why are you here?” Charles asked, eyebrow raised as he tilted his head.
“Come, Charles, you know why. Let’s not play these games,” Erik said with a sigh.
Charles stood motionless and silent, watching Erik expectantly.
“I…” Erik began, shaking his head. “I don’t want this. I never wanted this.”
“Yet you did it. This was all your work, Erik, you know that,” Charles said, his voice hard.
“I fought for what I believe in, Charles, none can deny me that,” Erik said, glaring.
“Yes, and look what it gained you? So many dead, and mutants no further to glory. Only more feared. More hated. Isn’t that exactly what you told me would lead to humanity trying to kill us in the first place?” Charles asked, raising his voice slightly.
“…Yes,” Erik said, dropping his head. He was ashamed of the part he’d had to play in the new legislation, but couldn’t say that he’d do anything differently if he did it all again.
“Again, Erik, why are you here?”
“Because I’m sick of being a monster,” Erik replied, looking up to see Charles’ eyes widen in surprise. He hadn’t expected to hear that, clearly. Erik shook his head again. “I am sick of all of it. The anger, the hatred, the… the fear,” he said, his voice dropping. “I don’t want to do this anymore. I don’t want to BE this anymore.”
He saw Charles’ eyebrows raise, saw that hopeful, compassionate look in his eyes. “Erik…”
“Charles, you’ve always told me that you see something in me. Something I’ve yet to see. Something more. Something good.”
“And I still do,” Charles said, not taking his eyes off Erik, every word careful, measured, as though simply breathing in the wrong direction would send Erik away again.
Erik let the walls lower, then, let his eyes plead with Charles. “I am intelligent. A fool, perhaps, but intelligent. I know as well as you that this helmet isn’t the only thing keeping you from stopping me. You have to have meant it, then,” Erik said, practically muttering to himself by the end.
He raised his hands, grasping the helmet at its sides. He saw Charles’ mouth part slightly, though the telepath’s hands remained at his sides.
“If you truly think there’s something worth finding in me, help me find it,” Erik said, taking the helmet off and throwing it to the ground. “If not, then for the sake of the world, put me down, because I cannot stop myself. Too many have fallen before me and I am drowning in their blood.”
Erik took a steadying breath. “Save me,” he said, his voice a whisper as he blinked back tears.
Charles walked towards him, then, wide eyed. He moved slowly, nervously. Erik didn’t move as he came closer. Charles looked over Erik’s face, as though trying to find the trick, the trap.
Erik wasn’t sure what Charles was seeing in him in that moment. Whether the torments of his memories and actions stood at the forefront, or whether his sincere plea for help could be felt.
He knew when Charles reached out a hand, cupping Erik’s cheek. Then the other. Charles looked at him with wonder, hands as gentle as if he were caressing an injured bird, and Erik closed his eyes at the touch, putting a hand over Charles’ own.
“My destiny is in your hands, Charles.”
"That's a titty." Pause. "Did you just flex your pec?"

“Maybe ’s jus’ feelin’ a lil’ shy tha’ ya called it out.”
Deadpan.
@stylish-alastor liked your post “Starter Call”
“Nah, I don’t believe you. I can’t, even.” His detours into the demon realm were few and far between. Most of the time, he’d been dragged there for a party against his will, though this time he voluntarily visited...looking for information. “I mean I did wield your sword for a time back on that damn island. I would think I learnt all your fancy lightning tricks and what you could and couldn’t do. But now you’re sayin’ you have one or more tricks up your sleeve? Nope, I’m not buying it.”
@stylish-alastor decided to literally drop in ( ̄▽ ̄)ノ
First, Nero. And now Alastor? Eva whispered to a nearby maid, who nodded and walked out of the room, leaving the two alone. Fingertips rested near her collar bone for a dramatic effect.
“Awww~ I’m flattered that you decided to visit me again. What sparked you to come find me?”
👀 + "Does this shirt make my arms look scrawny?"
“It makes ya look so scrawny, ’M scared jus’ th’ wrong breeze will break ‘em. Hell, anyone up fer Chinese because I got chopsticks.”
