Do you think you will ever finish Shut Up and Kiss Me? No pressure, I'm just wondering

I’ll be completely honest with you, and I don’t actually think so no. I have no inspiration for the story and no motivation to finish it, though it will always have a special place in my heart and i do hate leaving it because i feel like im disappointing all the readers and kind of myself, but i also don’t want to force myself to finish it when that will only make for a really shitty ending (been there, done that)

I think I made a post over a month ago about it, that I put it on hiatus for now and then i don’t know what’s happening in the future. As i said, I hate leaving it, but i also don’t think i can finish it.

are you going to update the tom hiddleston professor series

I plan to, yes. I haven’t had much inspiration for it during the last months, and I don’t want to write something half-hearthedly because I do love the series and the response it’s gotten. I’m writing the next part, it’s just taking a lot of time.

i’m really sorry for that, and for the fact that most of the stories you guys see published aren’t Tom or Marvel even though that’s what I guess most of you are here for. But I have periods where I’m more into writing something, and, though I love Tom and still do write on the stories started for him, I don’t feel comfortable publishing something that I haven’t actually put in the work with.

I don’t want writing to feel like a chore, so i’m sorry that it’s taking so long, but currently, that fic feels like a chore (and I wish I’d finished it before posting). I’m really sorry to everyone who’s waiting for it. If it helps, I have most of it planned out, I think I know where it’ll end, but I can’t get the right words or the right flow if I force something that isn’t there.

In addition the world situation isn’t helping my mental health, so I would rather get lost in something I feel like than bust my ass for something poorly written just to get something out.

but know this; I won’t leave the fic without an end. It might just take some time.
