Electric Light & Power Supply Corp sub-station (1935). A failed attempt to privatise electricity supply; the company went broke after WWII and was taken over by the city's state-owned power authority. Electricity transmission hasn't changed much since then, so the sub-station remains operational. Summer Hill.

Some folks asked about the old electricity sub station I posted yesterday, so I went upmarket.
This large one is on Ormond Street in Sydney’s Paddington. This block of land would be worth a very pretty penny, but only houses the volts.
