INFERIOR FIVE (vol. 1) #10 (October, 1968). Cover by Win Mortimer and Tex Blaisdell; the Superman figure was either inked or re-drawn by Neal Adams.
That time the Inferior Five beat up Spider-Man Cobweb Kid, the Fantastic Four Kookie Quartet, and Sub-Mariner Sub-Moron.
This was the final issue of The Inferior Five's own book, after first appearing in three issues of Showcase. There would be two more issues (# 11 & #12) published in 1972, but those were reprints with new covers.
Despite the appearance of Superman and most other DC superheroes, the Five's exploits all took place on Earth-12, not Earth-One like every other DC book at the time. Earth-12, and presumably all its superheroes, was destroyed in Crisis On Infinite Earths (1985). However, the Inferior Five inexplicably survived.
