Help XD i think i broke tumblr with the creature of the day/silly
I attempted to post it now ALL of my tumblr is messed up i think my hyperfixations are becoming too powerful
WHEEZE, Oh no OH NO, Creatures of the day are so powerful that Tumblr REALLY can't withstand them. Or they are so powerful that Tumblr wants to save all from them /silly
Remember I said about this error message. Yeah, well I THINK I WAS RIGHT /silly
Ok so new plan because it's still being mean to me when it comes to the images
I'mma see how it reacts to me posting these blog style
It will be hilarious if it throws that one "your post is too powerful" KLFJKLDSLA
sorry for not having the creature of the day posted yesterday it' kept eating the ask so imma cave and have 2 separate asks for the images and the information (which will be far apart cuz i need to gather all of the stuff i wrote last time qwq)
Oh no, tumblr is very hungry I see... I'll still be waiting for funky creature >:3c
Did you get my funky creture of the day or was it ate?/genq
Nope. Tumblr totally ate it...
My funky creture of The day is taking a looong while to load so if it doesn't come in in about 20 minutes or so can you notify me please?
Will do!
Guess who's back with an animal>:)
I might be a little rusty at this but this is now back in business
The funky creture today isss the Rubber Ducky Isopod (Cubaris sp)
These isopods are usually kept as pets(but were first discovered in Thailand near around 2017 so they are a new species)and enjoy incredibly humid areas! They also enjoy burrowing so it's always great to give these guys a good, thick layer of dirt for them to burrow into as well as limestone! It's been observed that these critters actually eat limestone!
These guys live for around 2-3 years and grow to be around 2 centimeters long! They are also detritivores! So their main source of food is really just any type of scrap around, including most plant waste!
Annnnd finally, some pictures:
RUBBER DUCKIES, oh these are so adorable! Can't believe they were literally just discovered and now are an isopod keeping icon. Tho they deserve all attention ehe
And hell yeas!!! Can't wait to see and learn about more critters!
I really really like you(/p) you're just so cool and i absolutely love a LOT about you<33 im too shy to say this off Anon but you truly are one of my favorite people<3
