hello and welcome! this post is going to be a longwinded guide on how i best listen to subliminals and how i get results out of them! keep in mind that this is all my own opinion and all things i've learned from personally listening to subliminals since 2022
𝒷𝒶𝒸𝓀𝑔𝓇𝑜𝓊𝓃𝒹
subliminals are essentially layered affirmations (i am pretty, i am smart) quietly masked under audios such as music, rain sounds, white noise or commonly asmr. they are designed to reprogramme your subconscious on the basis that because you can't physically hear the affirmations, they bypass the conscious mind which is a source of doubt, and go straight to the subconscious mind where they are then registered as true. i myself have been listening to subliminals for a long while and can tell you first hand that they do give results!

this isn't really a full fledged method per se, and how and when i listen to subliminals really varies with what i'm doing that day. but will all that in mind, let's go!
get comfortable (i usually listen to subliminals when im sitting down somewhere or just somewhere where i can have headphones on and listen. i usually listen in the following situations: in the car, at my desk, when i'm in bed, overnight, on a bus and many more.)
choose a topic (this could be beauty, luck, desired face, attracting and sp/more)
play the subliminal and call it a day!
my method is really simple, because you really don't NEED to take any extra special steps whilst listening. if you want, you can visualise or plan a pinterest board (which i sometimes do) but in all honesty, just listening is the best for me!

q: do i have to be in a certain mood/feeling a certain way/be in a certain situation to listen to subliminals?
a: absolutely not! you can listen anywhere at any time. since the affirmations don't register to your conscious mind, nothing matters whilst you listen.
q: where can i find subliminals?
a: youtube is my main source. please please please make sure the subliminal maker you're using is trusted though. make sure their audience has positive things to say about them and ensure you fully trust them before listening to any subliminal of theirs.
q: can i make a subliminal on [xyz]?
a: of course! making my own subliminals is one of my favourite things to do. this is because you're completely personalising them to you. you can add in any affirmation you want which is especially helpful if you're manifesting something or someone specific! this post on reddit is especially helpful if you don't know where to begin!
q: can i layer subliminals?
a: yes! i absolutely love layering them. this means putting multiple subliminals on at the same time to get all of the effects. just be wary though, some subliminal makers have warnings about layering in the description; some subs might become ineffective whilst layering due to a specific way they've done the affirmations so be cautious!
