god there’s something about being in front their lens, half undressed and following directions. the beep as the camera focuses, the anticipation for the shutter click. being ordered into various poses, made to hold it until told otherwise. feeling hands adjusting my clothes for the best shot, stroking my hair so it lays right. a hand’s firm pressure on my back to accentuate the arch. staying in position long past comfort, focusing on my breathing and descending into sub space

Begin by getting settled. Find a comfortable spot and lay down or sit with your back against a wall or a chair. Good pet. Take a moment to center yourself, and we shall begin.

Inhale deeply and hold with me. 1…2…3 and release your breath slowly. Focus on letting go of  the tension in your body. Inhale and hold 1…2…3…. And release. Do you feel your control slipping, sweet thing? That’s right…. You can give that control to me. Inhale and hold 1…2…3… and release. Good. As we continue, remember your breathing

Close your eyes or soften your gaze and focus on the way your lungs fill. The way your chest rises. The way you yearn to exhale when you hold it, and how good the release feels. It feels good, doesn’t it, pet?

I want you to focus on feeling your body. Where your body touches the floor or your chair, I want you to simply note the way it feels to have something solid pressed against you. Inhale and hold… You like that, don’t you? And release. Feeling something hard against your softness. That’s right, let go. Feeling yourself yield to the pressure.

That’s natural, sweet thing. It’s natural for you to yield. Inhale and hold… It’s natural for you to give in. And release. It’s as natural as the sun in the sky, my pet, for you to feel relieved when you let go. You are meant to receive commands. You are made for this. Your submission is your gift. Let go
