Have to wait for something 8-9pm so I've done nothing since I got home at 5pm ❤

Plus I had a very bad day trying to process what people were saying and respond appropriately without a 5 second delay, and had a handful of 'I am confused what is happening/what I am supposed to be doing' times today.

So I just need to sit silently and not move. Maybe in a few hours i can stop clicking my teeth together and do something else

I'm having sensory issues and it feels like something is digging into my shoulder and my pillows aren't right. And I've turned on the lights twice to check and nothing appears wrong but IT IS WRONG. IT'S BAD

It's COLD and i haven't got enough layers on. I'm gonna get all my winter clothes out and wear thermal insulators next week
