He knew he was at the right house when he saw the powder blue car sitting in the drive. Trev cracked a grin at the restored classic, and before shooting off a text to the blonde inside to let her know that he was there, he revved the engine. The blinds cracked and even behind the tint of the Merc, he could feel the heat of the glare from who he assumed were her parents. Trev didn’t mind being the all encompassing source of parental hatred, and as Suede came bounding out of the home and to the passenger side of his car, he grinned widely. “Thought it’d be a good idea to give that piece o’scrap of yours a chance to rest and recharge.” He turned the dial to lower his music, making it easier to chat. “You like lobster? Kas and I discovered this place outta town, the calamari is bomb too.”
