it’s a not now, steven!
Awww... Connie! D:
Yep.
Yeah, I was saying that too.
When the hell did I get romance saavy all the sudden?
I mean... fair...
Yeah... yeah, please talk...
Oh gog please talk about this...
Wait...
Oh... I just...
I MISSED THE STEVONNIE PART!
He’s... trying to pull a Garnet.
Oh gog... oh...
Second hand embarrassment is a go!
This is a cute exchange...
Though, yeah, I think Connie is realizing something is, definitely wrong with Steven, and probably should put more attention on the situation.
I mean, what Steven said at the skating rink was a sign but um, what just happened was like a flare gun in fucking darkness.
Okay, going to need to calm down. We have a lot of time in this episode. Like, 3 minutes left. That’s a lot of time for them to like, have a serious discussion about their relationship.
Heh, when I finally got the nerve to ask Roxy out, I just, I expected a simple yes or no answer. What I got was a far more nuanced! And honestly, I prefer how it turned out.
She had a few things to figure out on her end, and, admittedly, I’m glad I just posted my confession while she was asleep because it gave her time to figure all that out.
And when she finally said I could call her my GF, I was, kinda in disbelief at first. We had to have a serious conversation about what we wanted out of the relationship and well, I felt a lot more confident in us after that!
Honestly, what I got was much better than a simple “yes,” I got some much needed clarity!
I hope Steven can walk away with clarity, too!
It’s cute, and kinda sad he knows it exactly.
How many times has he counted the seconds before he can call Connie?
