i'm so fucking endeared and amused at the idea of ben being their primary source of money either we're going to see the most abysmal financial management or ben staring at his spreadsheets pissed they went over budget again (he now has to make up the money they lost)
Ben is literally the most unorganized organized person alive when it comes to money, because like yeah he knows everyone’s spending habits, has a general idea of the monthly budget, and somehow always knows what they can and can’t afford... but he also wings almost all of it and keeps track of everything in his head instead of making an actual spreadsheet (which drives Brian crazy lol). But the annoying part is that Ben is genuinely so good at it that his system works. Money is rarely ever a serious issue, they almost never completely run out or have to ration anything, and he always manages to get enough for them to comfortably do their missions, buy food, and cover all their other expenses 🙂↕️
