This is what was left of two trays of macarons this game night when I finally thought to take a picture. First time ever making them on my own, second time ever. They're raspberry cookies with vegan cream cheese filling. The smaller ones have a ring of the filling with strawberry rhubarb jam in the center and then the big ones have the filling squished out a bit and rolled in crushed, freeze-dried raspberries. Yum! They were a hit! Afterwards, a maple shaped and flavored version was tried, but it failed so no pictures of those since they didn't want to behave. Maybe we'll try again? We'll see.
