Ingredients: 1 can Pillsbury biscuit dough vegan version. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 cup vegan butter, melted.
Instructions: Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 350F 175C. Crack open the Pillsbury biscuit dough can and separate the cookies. Use a small round cutter or the bottle cap to make a hole in the middle of each biscuit. This will make a donut shape. Make sure there is no space between the donuts and donut holes in the air fryer basket as you put them in. For 5 to 6 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through, air fry the donuts at 350F 175C. Flip them over halfway through cooking. Take a small bowl and mix the cinnamon powder and granulated sugar together. After the donuts are done, take them out of the air fryer and brush them with melted vegan butter right away. Then, roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until they are completely covered. Enjoy while still warm!
