Why have I never seen a book where people that have never met, and they go on a journey together and at the end, they fucking hate each other?

Like, dont get me wrong, I love Yumi and the nightmare painter, but why cant I have a story where the ending is that they leave each other cause they despise each other? I'd love that. Please tell me if there are already books like this, I wanna know.

Waistcoats?

Depends on the occasion if your talking other people, waistcoat and no jacket is good but idk really about both. Personally, um, I dont like wearing waistcoats. Gets in between my layers and that's real uncomfortable.
