One of the main reason why I feel like it’s ridiculous that Harvey and Mike didn’t hug in 6x09 is that Clifford Danner hugged Harvey in season 1 after he got him out of prison. And Harvey was the one who put him there in the first place, it would have been understandable for Clifford to be like “it was about time, asshole”. Instead, he hugged him.

Now. Mike went to prison because he committed fraud and he decided to take a deal. It was his decision. Harvey did everything he could to get him out, he worked all the time to keep him safe and he almost perjured himself to get Gallo away from Mike (and on the street. Where he would most likely have killed someone). 

Finally, he gets him out. Harvey is there waiting for him at the gate, they smile, “we did it”... And all there is is an handshake.

I’m not saying there should have necessarly been an heartfelt, bonewrecking, two-hours-long hug (even if it wouldn’t have been out of place), but at least a bro-hug like the one between Clifford and Harvey? It defenitely should have been there.

Can please someone kill me now😭😭 Mike is out!❤️❤️❤️❤️ 90% thanks to Harvey, he worked so hard, slept so little and literally spent every energy he had to get him out.. I want a person that is for me as harvey is for Mike. This is true love people, loyalty and friendship
