𝐈𝐊𝐎𝐌𝐀, he's either obvious or not when he has taken a liking to someone and there's no in between so it can be a blessing or a curse. kurusu having the knowledge of ikoma taking a liking to his baby sibling will obviously make him question the person—he's the type of brother who doesn't outwardly go “woah woah woah back off!” but more of a “why? what do you have? what can you give them?” it's a different kind of threat and it's intimidating. so learning that ikoma has a crush on you, here's what brother kurusu has to say, “hah? you're reckless and impulsive, if you think I'll let you date my sibling well think again.” as he lean on the door of the train, looking down on ikoma by the stairs, a judgemental look plastered on him face.

+ i can imagine ikoma not backing off, holding his gaze up and explaining his points to kurusu until he get exasperated though.

𝐒𝐔𝐊𝐀𝐑𝐈, uhm, what made you think?? kurusu always has an eye directed to sukari when he caught wind of the information, constantly observing him. “listen to brother, he's not it, alright? you can do better, there's takumi, kuranosuke or kibito! oh no- not kibito-” kurusu shakes his head, hands on your shoulder as he lean in, “look the point is, not with them.” but sukari is a hardheaded one for sure and kurusu knows that, so every moves he does is supervised. he's coming to tease you and say hello? “you are needed at front.” sukari is looking for you? “y/n is busy, you can just tell me and I'll rely it to y/n.” he did not. kurusu sabotages everything that sukari will do, if he's not there, he'll drag you with him lmao.

𝐓𝐀𝐊𝐔𝐌𝐈, he's an okay in kurusu's eyes. he's nice, can treat you right, prudent, humble, and- kurusu merely worries because he follows in his best friend's footsteps many times before “damn it ikoma” he used to curse with his eye twitching at the thought. don't get me wrong though, kurusu still watches like a hawk but he's merely watching what conspires and only interfere when he feels like something is wrong. more often than not though, it's takumi who get frightened by kurusu alone plus the fact that he knows that takumi is crushing on you.

he could never make a move or initiative without kurusu's blessing to court you first.

𝐁𝐈𝐁𝐀, has kisses that felt like rain drops on a bad day, washing away your problems akin to a curtain unveiling. a kiss so soft and gentle, pressing lips oh so delicately against yours. his hold felt warm with how tender he touches you, the tips of his fingertips that grazes and trails along your bare skin is enough to make you shiver in a pleasant way. biba is someone who'd throw a few smile here and there, oftentimes grazing the back of your hands before taking a hold of your wrist and pressing his lips against yours, a hand on your nape as he guides you through.

𝐈𝐊𝐎𝐌𝐀, has feverishly amateurish and inexperienced, kisses, reminding you of his first time. he has never been in a relationship before, mind boggle with kabane and saving his friends. being a hero and an avid thinker of strats and inventions, ikoma frequently bumps into a state of focus, oftentimes not being able to spend a lot of time with you, so he compensates you with peppering light kisses, pecks on your face and even your hand before bidding a short goodbye. when he's in the mood however, it switches, the cool ikoma who is so used to pressing short kiss is now replaced with a flushed and shy one hehe. his hands will always be on your hip as he pulls you closer to his arms.

𝐊𝐔𝐑𝐔𝐒𝐔, such a genteel and shy man he is. kurusu is a man not used to affection, that is for sure, yet with how 'experienced' he is—you find yourself doubtful. kurusu's kisses brushes you like a wave, no doubt cool and addicting. swallowed by the sun that bask the two of you under. it felt nice. a romantic moment with just the two of you, his hands finding its' way to the low of your back and to your chin, slowly and gently pulling you, leaning to your lips and your lids flutter shuts as soon as it hits. shoujo vibe <33

𝐁𝐈𝐁𝐀, ah yes, the epitome of 'i do not know what love is'. if you do became his partner, please have mercy on his soul—being his significant other, you must be patient with him. biba trust you to a certain length when you and him first started dating but it slowly crumbles down like glass and will eventually starts on fully trusting you. baby steps, baby steps, you guide him on these things with a gentle act, careful not to startle the man. though busy, biba will always find ways to make up for you and spend time, making sure that you're entertained before going back to work. since he doesn't know how dating works, biba relies on his words, making sure that you felt love. everyday he'd come and ask where you are only to tell you“i love you.” with a light smile on his face, leaning forward to place his forehead upon yours, closing his eyes to relish the moment.

𝐈𝐊𝐎𝐌𝐀, quite the level headed boyfriend he is—upon entering a relationship with you, he still remains awkward and unaware of what to do nor act whenever around you thus oftentimes resulting in a series of misunderstandings to which he grows aware of and runs off to apologizes to you. “y/n, I'm sorry, i was wrong.. if only-” and you would no doubt falter at the way his eyes glisten with a genuine glaze, the way he held your hand, pressing his forehead on the back of your hand as a support and assurance for his guilty heart, you'd forgive him in a heartbeat because you know that ikoma always mean well. upon hearing of your 'i forgive you' the boy is quick to hug you on the spot and gently whisper a continuous chant of your name, how sorry he is, and i love yous. eventually growing flustered when he calms down.

𝐊𝐔𝐑𝐔𝐒𝐔, unlike biba, uses his actions to show his affection. of course he is always busy with guarding the heiress but whenever he finds the time to take on a break, kurusu hurries to the car that you are riding on and greets you, hugging you with longing or kissing the spot of your cheek/forehead/crown lightly with a small whisper of “i miss you, y/n” that you would have to strain your ears to hear. but of course, alike to the heiress, kurusu also guards you intensely and seriously, not wanting to bring harm to you. this man is overprotective af. you bet that whenever the koutetsujou stops for a oil change or a break, he'd go on his way to bring you meals and drinks, staying beside you the whole time and making sure that you eat before going on his way to continue his job after a pat on the head.

𝐒𝐔𝐊𝐀𝐑𝐈, is definitely a smug man, proud of the fact that you are his partner and claims to everyone how he is so damn lucky and blessed by the gods that everyone grows tired of him. handsy too, sukari always has a hand on you—if not, always looks after you like a hawk. relationship with sukari is fun and annoying, at times he treats you like a man where he'd constantly tease you and roughhouse with you, keeping you in lock hold until you agree to his claim, smudging your face with dirt before laughing at your messy look “hehe, look at you, so ugly~ ouch! i was just kidding!” but there are also times where he is so soft and that is whenever sukari would kiss your nose or pinch your cheek with the slightest smile.

𝐓𝐀𝐊𝐔𝐌𝐈, is a softy for you, one who always follow after you like a puppy all the while asking if you need anything. he is quite the sweetheart. boy literally worships your every step, though of course, he still thinks for himself—sometimes, but he can't help it, come on! you're the first person whom he ever ends up with and hopefully the last as well, of course he's so helpless around you! the cute things you'll see is that whenever you're around, takumi always gets clumsy especially at work that when he hears your wonderful and sweet voice he'd accidentally hurts himself. “oh-oh! y/n! you shouldn't be here, c'mon i'll escort you out, what if you get hurt, hmm?” you bet that ikoma always shakes his head at how lovesick his best friend is.

𝐁𝐈𝐁𝐀, all his life he had trained himself to be perfect—do not get attach, especially with his work. but how could he not with your charm that had managed to touch the depths of his heart, you, the one whom he had opened up his feelings and emotions for. biba had left you with a flower before his journey “at the last petal, i shall return in your arms.” he had promised, sealed with a kiss that he will thoroughly miss. seeing you in the field of the monsters broke his heart—you who is in his grasp but not touching. the space between you two seems gigantic now that he looks at you in the confine of his train with the other captured kabane. it was a fleeting moment, such sweet and tender memory that biba was forced to harden and lock deep in his heart. “i'm sorry, y/n. we shall meet again, hopefully in peace.” he, who forced himself to forget you, shut the door. and the last petal fell in silence.

𝐈𝐊𝐎𝐌𝐀, another precious life has been taken away, ikoma swore himself to protect you with all his being so why? why are you in another place where he cannot reach? why are you on that side of the line? he couldn't scream, cry, nor had the time to hear his own heart break into pieces. his full attention focused on your corpse that walks with tumbles on your steps. he could've prevented it. he had the power to do so. and ikoma lost it, attempting to run into your arms—he's a coward, it was all his fault that you had turned into one, if only he wasn't! the boy screams your name in a heart wrenching tone, his life spared when his friends tugs him to not jump over the train. “let me go! y/n is out there!! y/n is all alone—please!” desperately clings to the last piece of hope before him until you slowly disappear into distance. ikoma couldn't breath and for the rest of his life did he wallow in regret and self pity, killing himself inside. only time would be able to heal him in place.

𝐊𝐔𝐑𝐔𝐒𝐔, “if you ever turn into one, i promise to take care of you.” kurusu now wish that he didn't made that promise with you; comforting words turned into his deepest horror when his blue eyes looked into yours. bloodshot stare locked into his own, kurusu could hear his own breathing, his heartbeat thrashing against his ribcage while his gaze stammer. a sword is raised. and with a guilt ridden heart, kurusu surged forward to your direction. “this is... the only thing i can do right for you.” he chokes out, your body limping when the blade struck the vulnerable part of your body. kurusu was awoken from his slumber, panting and sweating bullets—every night, you became his nightmare, the vision of your blood flowing on his hands terrifies him, scarred him deeply like there's a mark in his hands and there was no one to come to comfort him for his safe haven had long been gone.

𝐒𝐔𝐊𝐀𝐑𝐈, is in denial, “that's not a funny joke, guys.” his frown deepen when no one answered him, only when presented with your hungry self did his whole being crushed. the world still when he catches your blank gaze—one that had looked at him so lovingly back then is now something he is not familiar with. sukari couldn't form the words to come out, even if they did, they were stuck in his throat like a thorn holding on to it. all that he could do was shed a tear and look away. the fire burns in your skin, light etched in your body towards your heart where it beats yet it was nowhere the rhythm and melody he remembers. acceptance, they tell. sukari tries. but his heart still denies, though his mind had tried to tell him a billion times. and now, at every blink of his eyes, your silhouette comes alive. “you didn't left me after all..” sukari outstretch his hands to reach your grinning face, “you're alive...”

𝐓𝐀𝐊𝐔𝐌𝐈, acceptance, security, passion. takumi felt his world deteriorating. everything comes at a cost. and it did. happiness in a world of terrible things were bound to fall down the pits, a life long joy with you crushed in a matter of seconds. takumi's hands felt clammy, the tool he had in his grasp fell with a clang and he looked at his best friend in the eyes. “you're lying.” “takumi I'm so-” but ikoma didn't managed to finish his sentence when his back meets the iron wall of the train, “if you're sorry then you should've done something!!” anger and irritability. blaming others to a fault. once collected and rational turns into something more when pushed. takumi screamed and cried. there is nothing to hold him back, to calm him down—he is but a storm. “leave! please!” takumi finds himself crying your name to sleep until exhaustion takes over his body and your face that he slowly forgets began to warp into someone else that he finds himself asking, “who are you..?”

𝐁𝐈𝐁𝐀, has his hold like a clam, his hand enveloping yours, as if covering every inch of your skin. possessive, for the lack of better word to describe it. but despite it, him holding yours in such has a gentle grip, not too loose and not too tight, gentle enough to feel how cold his skin is. while his presence alone is enough to make you feel secured, there's a different feeling that makes your butterflies twirl inside your tummy whenever you and him hold hands.

𝐈𝐊𝐎𝐌𝐀, has preference in hand holding where yours and his finger intertwine. that way, he can feel safe that you're with him and that you are alive. the warmth it brings him gives him comfort—though he secretly hopes that you aren't able to feel how clammy his hands are which is entirely impossible due to how wrapped your laced hands are.

𝐒𝐔𝐊𝐀𝐑𝐈, believe it or not, this annoying lad has quite the soft spot and finds joy on linking pinkies. it just makes him so 'asdfghjkl' that his brain short circuits for a while before they snap back in reality, averting his gaze from yours before walking forward and ahead of you, hoping and cursing himself that you aren't able to see his ears down his neck, red and hot or else he'll never be able to live it down.

𝐓𝐀𝐊𝐔𝐌𝐈, perhaps you can call it as the 'normal' hand holding. but takumi is that person who has a charm that even if something is considered normal can make it feel special. the feeling of his thumb tracing circles around the back of your hand and his small squeezes can make your heart swoon. though a bit full, you can feel how rough it is from his work, but it is warm enough for you to love it.

𝐁𝐈𝐁𝐀, is used to giving words of affirmation! all his life, he has been accustomed to using his honeyed words and sweet tongue to almost everyone—oh but you, dear goodness, whenever it is you, biba can't help but spill his adoration to you which is very genuine. this man won't skip a day to show you how he felt. alongside that, biba also makes up with gift giving if he isn't present due to extermination of the kabaneri mission, he'd always come back with a bouquet of flowers, doesn't matter if it is wild, that he had acquired or pretty clothes.

𝐈𝐊𝐎𝐌𝐀, provides physical touch alongside words of affirmation, there is nothing more precious than to be close to you and seeing your pretty face. ikoma always makes sure that you are safe and isn't injured, oftentimes his love language is perceived as quality time but goodness will you never miss a hug or kiss along with his addictive compliments and words of concern that somehow makes your heart flutter. i assure you that no matter how cheesy it may sounds, whenever it is ikoma that says it, the meaning will change into something romantic. it probably has something to do with him being so true to his words.

𝐊𝐔𝐑𝐔𝐒𝐔, quality time, he's not that good with words nor physical contact either, afraid that his words will somehow make you upset with one wrong move and he has that mindset where it is wrong for him to touch you—also afraid tht it will make you uncomfortable and he doesn't want that. so kurusu rather spends his time with you, just silently admiring you or responding to your questions and concerns with genuine answers. oh and of course, acts of service, this man will literally do anything for you and that's a fact. unless it involves with you getting hurt or any risk then no <3

𝐒𝐔𝐊𝐀𝐑𝐈, gives presents and quality time, alike to kurusu, he isn't really that good with words so he settles with spending time with you and/or giving small trinkets that reminds him of you, there was quite a time where the koutetsujou stops for a break—sukari found a few daisies, plucking them to give it to you with a proud grin on his face, sitting down next to you as you admire the pretty flowers that he has acquired for you.
