I will skip dinner. That's it. Shh! Dear waist/ belly please forgive me! Lol! I'm exercising self-control by not eating more than one of each. For now. #sukheen #village #lifeinavillage People actually sit around and eat all day. It can get boring fast. I also remind myself home made keralite food takes so much effort to make that I tend not to make it often in the US so going to enjoy some of it now. I finished reading a couple of good books.
