Hiding A Grin II Sokka & Suki
Sokka stared at himself in the mirror, wishing that his hair could look good just this once. He’d debated putting it back into the ponytail that he used to wear, for old times sake, but then he realized that it was too short. After another moment, he shook his head and frowned at himself. What was wrong with him? Since when did he care about what his hair looked like? Katara must have rubbed off on him.
Sighing, he turned and walked out of the room, casually swinging his sword into the scabbard on his back. He hopefully wouldn’t need it for tonight, but it was a force of habit. Sokka walked down the long corridor, trying to remember exactly which room he was looking for, as it would be embarassing if he got the wrong room.
Eventually he reached a door that he was almost positive was right. He lifted his hand to knock, but the door opened before he had the chance. Crossing his arms nonchalantly, he leaned on the door frame and grinned charmingly. “Hello there, my esteemed lady. Are you ready for some dinner?”
