Goshhh I’m reading now what happened to Muntari in Italy.
According to this article, he received racist insults during the match, and he complained to the referee several times. The ref not only didn’t do anything about it, but showed him a yellow and told him to “not talk to the fans”. He abandoned the pitch before the match finished because he couldn’t take it anymore.
He saw a kid singing the offensive chants next to his parents and he gave him his shirt and told him that it was something that wasn’t right to do to “teach him a lesson”
