Tomato Chutney
4 tomatoes, 10-11 chillies, tiny bit of tamarind (size of half a lemon), 3 garlic cloves, a tiny bit of jaggery (sugar is a good substitute). Add some salt and turmeric too.
Cook on medium-high flame. It should turn almost mushy. Adjust the taste and cool it down.
Transfer this to the mixer and blend it for 30-40 seconds, so that it forms a nice gooey paste
Use mustard, jeera, urad dal, curry leaves, red chillies and garlic pods for tempering as a last step.
