Wide awake at 4am thinking about the damn near 4 hour lesson turned lecture my tuba professor and I had.
I can’t stop thinking about it.
I mean, surely someone taking this time to drive their point home truly cares about me and my success as a tuba player. I dunno, it just means a lot when we get to have these moments.
Literally told him about my summer practicing slump and our hour and thirty minute lesson turned into a four hour lecture.
Truly glad to have this person in my life. Don’t know what I’d do without. (He’ll never know that because I’m a stubborn bish when it comes to admitting these things… lol)
Now on my things to do is listen or read ‘The War of Art’ hoping it’ll push me even more out of my slump.
