ok so she’s a Child Baby around 12 I think. She’s obv Buddy Pine (Syndrome)‘s kid, the oldest of …2? Maybe? Minimum 2 kids.
Now Syndrome was, upon getting to the isle, immediately a massive cunt to everyone there and got on the wrong side of a lot of people, so it’s not a surprise that he ended up getting killed by Shan Yu, who took on the younger kid (Sidney -> Shan Huan) as his own (Shan Yu has multiple adoptive kids, good dad actually).
Summer was not in the house during this episode. There was neither anyone willing to take her in nor did she want to be taken in, so she lived on the streets pretty much half her life, got messed up rather thoroughly, she smokes + will stab if cornered, standard isle kids stuff.
She‘s very avoidant in general, so no one really bothered with her most of the time, like there’s enough street kids who cares for one more or less, but Lefou found her maybe a year or so ago and has convinced her to stay with his family. (She joined just after the famine because she was CLOSE to dying. Like, one more day and that’s a Winter cos it’s cold now.) not in contact with the huns in any way, don’t even try bringing her brother up, it will not go well
