BRIDAL SHOWER PUNCH
This is a fabulously simple and delicious punch. It has only 2 ingredients!
Approximately 15 servings
Ingredients
1 pint raspberry sorbet
1 (2 liter) bottle lemon-lime soda
Directions
Spoon the sorbet into the bottom of a punch bowl. Slowly pour the soda over the sorbet. Use the back of a spoon to soften the sorbet until combined.

Pineapple Raspberry Soda
Mom was going to pour some cranberry juice in Sprite... and I thought that sounded too autumn-y, so I figured out a better one.
1 can of pineapple juice (the Dole 46oz one works perfectly, find by the apple juice and stuff at the store)
1 packet of raspberry drink flavoring (we used Crystal Light Raspberry Ice, less than 1 gram)
2 liters of Sprite (or any off brand lemon lime soda)
Just combine it all and put ice in! It was pretty dang awesome

Sherbet Punch
Sherbet Punch is an easy drink that’s perfect for your next baby or wedding shower. This punch is full of citrus flavor, pineapple juice, lemonade, and of course, rainbow sherbet.

Ingredients
2 quarts water (8 cups)
46 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice
¾ cup lemonade mix similar to Country Time Lemonade
1 quart rainbow sherbet
How to make sherbet punch:
This sherbet punch is incredibly easy to make. You’ll need a large punch bowl or similar type container. The one we used has a capacity of about 2 gallons.
Start by pouring in 2 quarts of water. That’s equivalent to 8 cups. Then, pour in the pineapple juice and dry lemonade mix.
Use a whisk to the mix the ingredients until the lemonade mix is well dissolved. Next, scoop a quart of rainbow sherbet into the bowl.
It will float along the top of the punch and melt into a beautiful swirled design. After all the sherbet is added, ladle the punch into serving mugs and enjoy!
Tips and Variations for Sherbet Punch:
Chill the ingredients for a couple of hours prior to make the punch. This will keeps the ice cream from melting too quickly.
Add an extra quart of rainbow sherbet to make the punch super frothy and creamy.
This recipe has a citrus flavor from the pineapple juice and lemonade mix. The pineapple juice tones down the sweetness of the lemonade and sherbet nicely, so this punch is not overly sweet. To make it sweeter, add extra sugar, replace some or all of the water with lemon-lime soda, ginger ale, or orange juice.
To make this punch alcoholic, replace the water with champagne.

Fruit Cocktail Bridal Shower Punch
Are you looking for a crisp, light and refreshing punch for your bridal shower, wedding, or your next summer celebration? This non-alcoholic fruity punch fits the bill!
INGREDIENTS
46 oz pineapple juice, chilled
64 oz. apple juice, chilled
64 oz. white grape juice, chilled
2 liters lemon lime soda, chilled
1 -1½ cups powdered sugar
2 cups green apples, sliced or chopped
2 cups peaches, sliced
2 cups watermelon, chopped into small cubes
2 cups pineapple, chopped into small chunks.
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large drink dispenser, add pineapple juice, apple juice, white grape juice and soda.
Stir in powdered sugar until sugar dissolves.( taste and add more sugar if needed)
Add in the chopped fruits.
Chill overnight (or at least 3 hours) to give the fruit time to flavor the punch.
Serve cold.
