Ingredients: 4 cans 15 ounces each navy beans, drained and rinsed. 1 cup ketchup. 1/2 cup molasses. 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. 1 onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dry mustard. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled.
Instructions: Set oven temperature to 175C 350F. Combine the onion, garlic, dry mustard, ketchup, molasses, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper in a big bowl along with the navy beans. Blend thoroughly. Spoon the bean mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the bacon crumbles over top. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the beans are bubbly and hot, in an oven that has been preheated. Before serving, take it out of the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes. Savor these mouthwatering baked beans for a great side dish at your picnic or BBQ!
