Instructions: Strawberries, mint leaves, lime wedges, and sugar should all be muddled together in a glass. Put crushed ice in the glass. Add club soda on top. Put a strawberry and a mint sprig on top. Serve and have fun!

Ingredients: 2 oz vodka. 1 oz elderflower liqueur. 1 oz fresh lime juice. 1/2 oz simple syrup. 4-5 fresh mint leaves. Club soda.

Instructions: In a shaker, muddle mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup. Add vodka and elderflower liqueur, then fill the shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a sprig of mint.

A zesty and refreshing take on regular lemonade, with ginger added to make it warmer.

Ingredients: 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 4 cups cold water. 1/4 cup fresh ginger, peeled and sliced. Ice cubes. Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish.

Instructions: Put sugar, ginger, and 1 cup of water in a small saucepan. Over medium heat, bring to a simmer and stir until the sugar is gone. Take the ginger syrup off the heat and let it cool all the way down. Get a pitcher and strain the ginger syrup into it. Fill the pitcher with the last three cups of cold water and lemon juice. Mix things together well. Put the ginger lemonade in the fridge for at least an hour to cool it down. Put it on ice cubes and top with mint leaves and lemon slices.
