A refreshing and tropical slushie combining the sweet flavors of peach and cherry with creamy coconut milk. Perfect for hot summer days or any time you crave a fruity and indulgent treat.
Ingredients: 2 ripe peaches, pitted and chopped. 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted. 1 can 13.5 oz coconut milk. 2 cups ice cubes. 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup optional, adjust to taste.
Instructions: Put chopped peaches, cherries with pits removed, coconut milk, and ice cubes in a blender. You need to blend it until it's smooth and slushy. If you want to change how sweet it is, you can add honey or agave syrup. Pour into glasses and serve right away. If you want, you can decorate with fresh cherry or peach slices.
