These four girls are the biggest HUNTR/X stans in Hialeah, Florida. Their love for the group conquers all, even their shame. I’m still debating on what to call their friend group (and their story) so here’s a small introduction to them for now!
Cyndi - A hyper K-pop stan whose intellect surprises those around her.
Verity - A deadpan whimsigoth who possesses psychic powers.
Jasmin - A mellow, non-verbal author who lets the words on her paper speak for her.
Sam - A laid-back girl who always dresses for the summer.
These girls are living every 2000s friend group’s dream: they have a band to gush over, a petty rich girl as their rival, a girl trip in Seoul for the International Idol Awards, and a confrontation against the Saja Boys as they unleash a demon apocalypse!
Wait, what?
Spoiler alert: in another universe where Rumi decided not to create a new Honmoon, these four girls are the sole survivors of Gwi-Ma’s uprising (mainly bc Cyndi was a hater for the love of the game, Verity’s psychic abilities helped her realized that they were demons, and Jasmin and Sam simply did not care for the Saja Boys). The girls are now navigating the demon-infested city as they evade the demon boy band, seek sanctuary with help from family, learn of the hunters, and discover that their favorite idols and not-so-favorite rival might still be out there — all while trying to get back home to Hialeah.
But that’s in another life, and for another day.
