Chairperson Rachel is easier to get than Lady Rachel from the ongoing JGE Event roulette reward. Apparently Chairperson Rachel (Red) got more base damage than Lady Rachel (Blue). Their personal buffs made them individually shine on PVE and PVP. Chairperson Rachel personal Buff gives longer casting time but her high base damage compensate that to crown her as one of the best magic dps to date. In the contrary Lady Rachel Personal Buff grants her fast casting time to mitigate her damage plus she have higher defense than Chairperson Rachel that makes her a decent PVP Liner.

Sweet thing that I manage to buy a 42ar Gun and chipped it nicely for both PVE and PVP. Although JGE is embarking on the 45ar Era but hey I am still happy not spending a single dime here and can still get decent weapons from perseverance.
