The crispy charred broccoli, sweet nectarines, and tangy balsamic honey dressing in this Pan-charred Broccoli di Ciccio + Nectarines Salad go so well together. It has just the right amount of flavors and textures for a cool summer salad.
Ingredients: 1 bunch of Broccoli di Ciccio. 2 ripe nectarines. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/4 cup sliced almonds. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar. 1 tablespoon honey. 4 cups mixed greens. 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese.
Instructions: Set a skillet over medium-high heat to warm it up. Add the broccoli di Ciccio florets to the pan with olive oil after cutting them into bite-sized pieces. Add pepper and salt. Grill the broccoli in a pan for four to five minutes, or until it gets a little crispy and charred. Take it off the heat and set it aside. Cut the nectarine in half and take out the pit. To make the dressing, mix honey and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl with a whisk. Mixed greens, sliced nectarines, sliced almonds, and pan-charred broccoli should all be put in a large salad bowl together. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss it to mix everything together. Add some broken up feta cheese on top. Serve right away and enjoy!
