An art piece inspired by Hozier's song, "Would that I"!

I know that most interpretations on the Internet on this song is sad but I just listen to this song and think of scenes painted like those old summertime paintings of green fields and girls dressed in those white cotton dresses and the soft blue sky.

This piece was especially inspired by the lyrics, "Under cotton and calicoes."

I had a particularly vivid and pretty scene of my favourite ship in a peaceful moment dressed in white and surrounded by calico cats. I don't actually know which calico Hozier was referring to: the cat or cloth, but I chose the cuter version and you're welcome.
