The file had been placed on his desk for review early this morning. He had the feeling someone new was due to pass by sometime or another, upon seeing it he skimmed through it, making important mental notes of key things, also reading between the lines - making educated assumptions about the man.

Soon enough, when heading to his med bay, he caught sight of the new man. This medic already had enough enemies scattered about, thus, today he would attempt to make something more positive - an ally.

"Monsieur Devan Kennedy," he greeted, a slight head tilt instead of a bow, followed with an offered gloved hand for a hand shake. "Good to meet yeoo," he attempted a smile, which only turned out to be a happy sneer looking expression.
