I have some @sundarayarn silk lace that is beautiful but which I don't care to knit with (silk being so inelastic). So I wove up a scarf! I had planned to do honeycomb but two pickup sticks and silk was way too slippery. And a white stripe later on because, who knows. There are a lot of oopsies here but one thing about silk is it always looks good. I wove this on my 12-dent heddle which probably was not fine enough for this yarn. My other WIP with a deadline (I'm not gonna make it...) - Charlotte St. Mitts by Glenna C in Sundara Fingering Silky Cashmere. A perfectly written pattern (unlike SOME hot messes I can think of 🙄) and a yarn that is truly pleasurable to work with, I love this project and hope the recipient does too. #knitting #sundarayarn

A cozier view of my Growth Shawl pattern which is now on Ravelry! (link in bio) 💜 It was initially designed for a @sundarayarn club. I wanted to create something simple, with texture, that would show off the incredible yarn. Growth was born while I experimented with my stitches, slowly unfurling like a new leaf opening to the sun. Worked sideways with no short-rows and no picking up sts, this sweet shawl knits up quickly using 2 skeins of sportweight yarn.☺️ #jojiknits #growthshawl #sundarayarn
