sundays can be oddly depressing. nothing seems to help distracting yourself from all the challenges and tasks of the upcoming week.
1. read. whether it's the newspapers, a blog or your favorite book. it will make you forget about time for a while.
2. write your thoughts down. this is something that always helps me to get a rest from overthinking. this works pretty well when you own a bullet journal or a diary.
3. watch your favorite tv show or a movie you like.
4. make yourself some coffee, hot chocolate or tea. put down your phone for a while and just relax. it will help you to calm down a little.
5. look forward to the next weekend. start planning your free time so you can work towards something that makes you happy.
7. listen to the music that makes you happy.
8. do something creative. whether it's drawing, writing or whatever comes to your mind: being productive will instantly make you feel better.
9. use the day for your self care.
10. keep telling yourself that you can handle whatever the upcoming week will throw at you. you're strong and you'll make it through. i bet the week is going to be so much better than you think!
