Practicing with the prep for fajitas tonight. Onion green and red peppers are uniform. Scraps from ends are into a ziplock to use in an omelette or something else later in the week. Scraps to the compost (well, that’s if I had one-another summer project). Now to clean and sanitize my board and move on to getting the chicken ready for the skillet.
