‪【2458日目①】2019-‬10-10 #下北沢カレーフェスティバル2019 １軒目 Sunday brunch＠下北沢 _______________________________________________________ ・スパイシーキーマカレー＆チャイ風フレンチトースト . 南向きの大きな窓とトップライトから落ちる光に包まれたサンルームのような吹き抜けの空間。カオスな街・下北沢とは思えない落ち着いたカフェで１カレー目をいただきます。 . 色とりどりの見た目が美しく、デザートまでのったワンプレート。 カレーはというと、カルダモン、ブラックペッパーのキーマ基本は抑えつつ粗挽き肉の肉感が嬉しいキーマカレーです。 ふたこぶラクダのように盛られたライス。 食べてみると、おや？え？ 黄色いのでターメリックライスかと思いきや、淡いオレンジのライスと淡い黄色のライスが混ざっています。ライスの山は２つあるので、別々にすればわかりやすいはずなのに、あえて混ぜている。オレンジは、おそらくパプリカパウダー。黄色は贅沢にもサフラン。炊き具合もかためでポロポロして食べやすい。 . フレンチトーストは、スプーンで切れちゃうくらいふわふわ。ケーキのよう。卵の汁は熱々のスキレットが受け止めてくれて、甘い卵焼きになる。シナモンパウダーとメイプルシロップをかけていただきました。 . ３段階でスパイスを楽しめる、心踊るカレーでした。 _______________________________________________________ #foodpic #foodstagram #tasty‪ ‬#curry‪ ‬#spice #cafe #sundy #brunch #カフェ #下北沢 #カレー #フクドローン #ふくすたぐらむ (Sunday Brunch下北沢) https://www.instagram.com/p/B3gsW6mgIhe/?igshid=1ongt0nhalezg
