I’ll go long stretches of time where I “eat like a normal person”. I’ll exercise, eat reasonable portions, and keep myself in check. But inevitably I’ll have a night where my willpower cracks and my appetite completely overpowers me.
Drink several beers and have a couple glasses of wine? Smart! Eat 2nd dinner? Great idea! While you’re at it why don’t you eat a box of girl scout cookies you were saving in the freezer as well as the half a sheet cake you had leftover. Even after that I’m still really fucking hungry.
I guess it’s good to have a reminder every once in a while that I can’t control myself and really it’s only a matter of time until I really go off the deep end.
