Norman Liang is a consumer mobile Internet executive based in Silicon Valley who has worked with app developers to build business and launch Internet and mobile apps. As head of growth for Sungy Mobile a top developer on Google Play, he is responsible for international partnerships and expansion for the Go Series of apps. Previously, he was at Fox Interactive Media where he was responsible for mobile and platform programs at Photobucket where he worked with operators, handset manufacturers, and Internet partners to launch photosharing apps and services around the world. Previously, he was an executive at IBM and Nokia, and part of the team at SGN, a social and mobile game studio.
