REAL ESTATE - SUNSET TEMPLE 11/13/2011

Another chilly winter evening of mine was spent at the Sunset Temple in North Park, this time watching Real Estate perform some amazing songs. Their mellow, catchy pop has the enthusiasm to get you hooked like a drug. Comforting rhythms and beach-reminiscent guitar riffs, this is the perfect music for San Diego. Their performance was nothing but stellar. From the back of the room, you could see good vibes all around. The crowd really liked them. They played a lot from their new album, "Days", which I would strongly suggest you all listen to. I've been in love many times, and once more I have fallen.
Goodnight world,
Matt

Sezio's "Four Day Weekend" has been the epitome of chill.
I've been spending the past few nights over at the Sunset Temple in North Park. The place is decorated very nicely, with pillars enclosing the small stage and a projector screen adorning the curtains behind it. It has been a very intimate experience, and I have enjoyed every night thus far. Tomorrow wraps up the weekend with Little Deadman, Big Troubles and Real Estate, which I am very excited for. I can't think of any other way I'd rather spend my evening.
My favorites so far:
LORD HURON
DIRTY GOLD
CHAIRS MISSING
PETER WOLF CRIER
I'd suggest listening to these bands if you get the chance. I've had a great weekend and I hope you all have had an excellent one as well!
Love,
Matt
