                    "hey." her voice is quiet as she observes zaki through the mirror, her khôl stick stopping in the middle of its task. "you're very quiet all of a sudden." and his eyes are glued to her legs. not that she can blame him-- it's almost unheard of to see her in a pair of pants and yet here she is, legs clad in tight, form-fitting white jeans. they're almost like a second skin on her delicate frame, and the expression on his face brings a smile to her pink-painted lips. "you okay ?"

               he doesn’t  think  he’ll  ever  be  able  to  understand  the  other  boy’s  fascination  (  and,  he  assumes, adoration  )  for  the  ocean. even  the  thought of  the  water  makes  his  palms  sweaty,  has  his  head  spinning  and  the  need  to  take  a  few  calming breaths  because  there’s so  much  out  there,  so  much  to  go  wrong.  he  doesn’t  know  the  other’s name,  but  they  have  a  steady  thing  going  on  -  he  gets  out  the  ocean,  elwood hands  him  a  towel,  and  they  don’t  talk  about  it.  he  wonders, not  for  the  first  time,  how  weird  it  must  look  to  other  people. tonight  is  no  different  -  he’s  seen  it  before,  how  the  boy  seems  to  prioritise  getting  home  over  getting dry,  and  it’s  simply  his  conscious,  of  course,  that  has  him  start  to  ...  look  out  for  him,  almost. elwood  doesn’t  think  about  it.  he  sees  a  flash  of  blonde  and  smiles  just  slightly,  offering  a small  wave,  towel  in  hand.

             IT HAD been a while since he last saw her. a short while, but a while nevertheless. memories of their previous interaction flashed through his mind as his green eyes rested on her form and he found himself clenching his fists, before he unclenched them. diana was the first girl in many, many years that he had allowed himself to get close to. the first he allowed himself to open up to. only for her to break his heart. harsh words were exchanged and he tried his hardest to go ahead with his life and move on. and yet, he couldn’t seem to do it. no matter how many women he slept with or tried to date, he always found himself comparing them to diana. and now, here she was, a few feet away from him. elijah was unsure with what to do next; walk away from her despite the burning need to talk to her? or perhaps he should go and talk to her? he didn’t know what to do as he stood there, watching her.

part of billy’s rehab was exercising and benjamin was a great running partner. they went running every other day now and it was good, billy was doing a lot better and benjamin was bonding with his younger brother. there was nothing bad about the situation. except that he always came home sweaty and a little turned on, especially when harley was home. there was nothing about harley that benjamin didn’t love. everything about him. he was beautiful, funny, smart, charming. he was great to talk to. he was great in bed. benjamin was truly in love with harley and he was lost without him. he’d just gotten back from his run and he stripped his shirt off, his chest glistening in the dim light. “baby, are you here? wanna shower, but i can’t get my back. wanna join?” he was already naked before he found harley and a grin was present on his features. he leaned against the wall, watching him lazily. he was already a little hard just at the thought of showering together. whenever they showered together, it was always ended in sex. there was no doubt about that. // @sunsetsvibe

kiara spent all of her time at the stables. if she wasn’t at home, she was there. she skipped out on school every now and then to be at the stables. it was her safe place. there was nothing like it anywhere in the world and she loved to be there. the horses served as far better company than anybody she knew. which wasn’t to say that her family weren’t good people, but she liked to just be in silence sometimes. they were a loud group of people. the day  was bright and she had just finished cleaning out the stable. her back was aching, but her mind was clear and there was nothing like this feeling. pushing her hair out of her face, she grabbed her water bottle and drank from it heavily. she wiped the back of her hand across her mouth and turned her head at the sound of hooves clacking on the floor. she smiled when she saw who was with the horse and lifted her hand to shield her eyes from the sun. “alright, rich?” // @sunsetsvibe

stephen had spent every minute beside oscar’s bed. he wanted to be there when he woke up. as luck would have it, when he finally did wake up, stephen was right outside talking to the doctors. he was still kicking himself for it. it was the first time he had even considered stepping outside of the room, and the fucker had to wake up right then. there was something off about oscar, but stephen surely could put that down to the fact that he had just woken up from a short coma after a car accident. god, he.. could never wrap his head around that. he had going out for drinks with his work friends and then stephen was getting a phone call to say that his partner was in hospital. his stomach turned and he felt a little sick, so he swallowed thickly and tried to focus on something else. “do you want any of that jelly? i’m sure i can sneak some out of the cart on my way back from the toilet, hmm?” he forced a small smile and poked his finger gently against oscar’s side. he didn’t want to hurt him, but god, he wanted to see a smile on that face. // @sunsetsvibe

"do you ever think about how there might be a day where we can.. be together in public?” it was wishful thinking, he was sure of it, but he liked to imagine a world where they were allowed to be themselves. happy. bryan combed his fingers through elvin’s hair with a sigh and watched him. he was always in awe of how beautiful he was and how lucky he was to have him. even if it was just in the privacy of their homes or the locker rooms when nobody else was around. “i know it’ll probably never happen, but it’s nice to think about, you know?” he smiled a little and shifted closer to him, their noses bumping together. “just like to think about us.” // @sunsetsvibe​
