Vampire Lounge(EA Makeover) DL

Hello everyone. Have you ever hesitated to build a Vampire Lounge in the world you're playing because EA's lot sizes are too big? I often did. So I rebuilt it on a 30x30 lot. While rebuilding, I tweaked the interior a bit and added some casino items. I'm sharing this in case it helps anyone else who, like me, needs a slightly smaller Vampire Lounge. Store items and CC items were used, but they are not included in the download file. Please check the CC list included in the download file. The download file contains the lot package file and the CC list. Place the lot package file in your Sims 3 > Library folder. Below are detailed screenshots and the download link.

Feel free to modify it as you wish. If you plan to incorporate it into the world you're creating and distribute it, I would appreciate it if you could credit me as the original creator.

If there are any issues, please let me know.

완성해본 정원 겸 과즙 농장과 요정 정원. 여러 번 부수고 짓기를 반복했지만 만족스럽지는 않다. 완성한 것에 의의를 둔 기록.

부지 크기는 40x40, 파일 크기는 3,325kb다. 내 기준 CC를 많이 썼는데 예상보다는 가벼운 건물.

Pet Shop

펫츠 확장팩 보상을 활용한 펫 센터. 펫 용품, 그루밍, 펫 놀이터로 만들었다. 부지 라벨은 애완동물 상점. 개 공원과 고양이 정글을 겸한다. -실제 플레이에선 강아지나 고양이들이 잘 오지 않겠지만...

뒷 마당. 강아지 놀이터. 분수로 만들었지만 강아지들이 놀기 위해선 수영장으로 바꿔야 할 것 같다.

EA 뱀파이어 라운지를 30x30 부지로 줄이고 카지노를 추가했음. 기존 인테리어에 홀과 카지노 인테리어만 보충함.

Sunrise Motel

내 첫 리조트 건물. 5~60년대 미국 중부지방 모텔 스타일을 참고했다. 실내 인테리어는 최대한 단순하게 꾸몄다. 구석진 빈 곳에 간단히 조경하고 벤치와 어린이 놀이기구를 두었다. 일반 객실은 인테리어가 같고, 운동기구를 넣은 방 둘 그리고 패밀리룸 하나. 2층 제일 끝 방은 소설가가 집을 떠나 글을 쓰러오는 방이라는 컨셉으로 책상을 추가.

Sunset Diner DL

Here's the diner. I replaced the diner rabbit hole with a rug and used icarus-all-sort's Eat Outside mod to create it for use as a hangout diner. The lot size is 20x30 and was built on builder's island. CC and Store items were also used. I wanted to use the Usual bistro item from the store, so I made the kitchen area a bit larger. To use the rabbit hole rug, I had to leave room for footprints, so it's a little empty. The appliances are just decorations because I used Icarus' Transmogirifier mod to turn them into decorations - except for Sandy's popcorn machine and the drink dispenser - . Usual bistro stove and other appliances you have to change yourself if you want to use them.

Here is a detailed photo of the lot.

The download includes the lot package file and the CC list. Place the package file in your Sims3 Documents-Library folder.

I'm not used to sharing lots, so I don't know if it will work, but let me know if you have any problems.

You can modify it however you like or include it in a world you create. Just don't claim it as your own or put it on a pay site.

Detective Agency

Ambition직업 중 탐정을 좋아해서 사무실 건물을 지었다. 마을에 집시 마차 둘 곳도 만들 겸 겸사겸사. 1층은 점집, 2층은 탐정사무소다.

문 안쪽에 집시 마차 러그를 깔았다.

경비실을 지나

3층은 발레 교습소로 만들까 하다 지금은 비워두었다.
