It was quiet morning, too deep into fall for any birds to sing. There was a slight wind but it's chilly nature couldn't reach the three. Blankets spread out, a few draped across one of them just in particular. It wasn't easy to find blankets that would fit three people.
Especially when one of them was a blanket hog.
Sam was the first awake, half laying on top of Lucas. Brodie had his arms wrapped around him, one of his hands being held by Lucas. Smiling slightly, the Southern man simply curled closer. Burying his face in Lucas' neck and placing his hand on top the two.
A sleepy, content hum rumbled from the Scottish man spooning him. Sam smiled more and closed his eyes, ready to fall asleep again and enjoy more sleep. Spending time with the two awake was better than heaven, but being together in deep sleep bliss was also perfect.
