Sunshine Toast
1 slice bread 1 egg 2 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Lay the slice of bread down flat and cut a hole in the middle of it with a cookie cutter. Heat the butter and oil in a frying pan. When they are hot, put the bread in the frying pan and fry it on one side. Turn the slice of bread over with a spatula, then break the egg into the bread hole. Fry the bread and egg until the egg white is set but the yolk is still runny, then lift it out of the pan onto a plate.
