I was wondering, because HV (and I think most of the Lower Valyrian languages) doesn't seem to have any other written indication other than the question mark when you are asking a question, how do you signal interrogation when HV is spoken? Do you use a rising intonation like English? Or is there a stress difference in some words? Thanks a bunch!

It is an intonation change. I’m not sure exactly how to describe it, but I do it in my recordings for the show.

I was brushing up on the noun declensions and I noticed something strange. On the Dothraki wiki site (which might be at fault), you get pēkō (gen sg) and pēkoti (gen pl) for 3Lun and ēngos (nom sg) and ēngo (gen sg) for 3Sol. But shouldn't that be pēkōti (gen pl) and ēngō (gen sg)? If so, why not?

They’re different words: pēko “olive” (lunar) and ēngos “tongue” (solar). They have different declension paradigms. They differ in their genitive singulars, but their datives are identical, and the genitive plural is always built off the dative. It’s always -oti.
