you didnt ask shit about nothing but youre the only person who i think will CARE but basically “la plaga” roughly means “the plague/pest” (la coming from “the” in spanish and “plaga” being a on-purpose misspelling of praga which can mean both plague and pest in portuguese, but “the pest” would be more accurate since plague is more often referring to the disease, while praga is similar to calling someone pesky, for example. this is also ironic considering peste and pest are basically the same words with the same meanings but are usually used in different contexts, of course peste can be used in the same way as praga usually is, but peste is used more commonly to refer to the pandemic :P)
