Bloomfield, Kooper, Stills - Season Of The Witch
pasvid said: Hey okay my ask relates to an ask you had kinda recently. You see my partner in crime, katesseroles, sent an ask about a session with a witch of breath mage of doom knight of space and page of heart but she left out that they merge with a mage of time heir of life prince of mind witch of rage seer of void sylph of blood bard of space maid of hope knight of doom rouge of light theif of heart and page of breath. So she made me come ask if youd please do a session of them all, thats a lot sorry
Sweet Caroline, that’s a lot of players! Well, since I already covered the “Alpha” session previously, I’ll just go over what I think the merged situation will be like.
So, to start, let’s talk about the overlapping aspects. I can forsee the Knight of Space and Bard of Space quickly stepping on each others’ toes. The Knight might feel the Bard is irresponsible and doesn’t take his quest seriously. It would typically be the prerogative of the Page of Heart to keep these two copacetic and feeling good around each other and about themselves, but the Thief of Heart is inclined to interfere with that directive. Perhaps they both should focus their attentions elsewhere. The Witch of Breath should have no difficulties with the Page of Breath; heck, she might even be able to help them reach their peak faster, especially if she is much higher on her echeladder than the Page when the sessions are merged! The Mage of Doom will find a rare kindred spirit in the Knight of Doom. The Mage will know when the Knight is about to do something dangerous that could result in death, and will likely be the one to try and talk them down...or tell them why they’re doing the right thing.
Speaking of Mages, the Mage of Time will be keeping tabs on the timeline and might be one of the ones to identify when the sessions are set to merge, while the Seer of Void is more likely to be the one to figure out the “how” of it. The Maid of Hope and the Rogue of Light will be ensuring that it all actually works. Once the merger is completed, all of these players will likely fall into their regular supportive tasks.
And finally, we have the Prince of Mind, who will help plan out everything these merged players will need to do to complete their quests and beat the Black King, as well as the Sylph of Blood, who will be running about, making sure they all stay working as one big team toward the same goal (she might want to visit the Space players, just in case). The Heir of Life will be a perfect healing machine for when things get rough, and the Witch of Rage will be calming the collective asses of anyone who gets too hyped-up right the hell down.
Man, this double-session reacharound has a lot going on! Whether it all comes together is going to depend largely on how well the players from the Alpha and Beta sessions get along, which will require a lot of work from the Sylph of Blood and Page of Heart. Good luck!
