THE “LIKE GLASS” SCREENPLAY SHORT HAS BEEN REWRITTEN!
ORIGINAL SCRIPT | REWRITE
Hoo boy, I wrote this way back in December 2015 having no C L U E on how screenwriting worked. I just did whatever so that I could save it for other’s use.
However today I chose to rewrite it to give people who adore this project a boon as well as an exercise to toy with Final Draft 10, which I am unacquainted with in using. It didn’t seem particularly difficult to write in any capacity, so I hope to nail this program soon for my serious writing projects. I just used “Like Glass” to practice, since, well, the original script I wrote around high school IS DOWNRIGHT TERRIBLE HOLY SMOKES.
So hopefully this rewrite is markedly less terrible. Not great, but less terrible.
Also yes, there are new and alternate lines. Particularly in Dean and Cas’ lines since they seemed terribly out of character in the original script. So please check those out!
Also I hope to publish these scripts as learning tools for anyone who’s also interested in learning film production. Feel free to notice and learn from my mistakes.
