What platform are you on? If it's Steam, has she tried verifying the game cache? To do that, right click on the game>Properties>Local Files>Verifly Integrity of Game Cache

Yeah, we’re on Steam! She’s tried verifying integrity a couple times already. She’s also reinstalled a few times and completely deleted the DST folder from her steam/steamapps/common anddd those things haven’t worked so far;;

Have you tried playing with a bunch of mods? It can completely change the game. Id recommend SkyRe and Faalskar

YES I use like a million mods!! I’ve never tried SkyRe but it seems very interesting and it looks to be compatible with all my favorite mods, so I think I’m gonna give it a shot!

Why won’t it work? I’ve had Windows 10 for a while and it seems to be fine for me. Otherwise, 10 has a built in player that’s pretty ok.

no idea !! it says that win10 doesn’t support the app, and i don’t care enough about itunes to really mess with it so now i’m just using Groove
