(1) A scholar and an Ashari walk into a bar, but uh... there's no punchline. While one stares solemnly into her second pint, the other is doing him a fascinate when he notices her peculiar glow in the dimness of the pub and attempts to jot down his observations without being noticed for fear of being perceived as rude. A sketch commission done for the amiable Leanne Wilkinson. It's been forever since I've had a sketch proposal. They're so relaxing and freeing to do.
(2) This golden child was conceptualized and proposed by SuperCutePuppy, done for her work-in-progress fantasy novel. One of my favorite type of commissions are the ones that serve as inspirational concept art for an upcoming project, especially for non-visual mediums like books. Gives characters a little bit of tangibility for the author. Hope it helps, SCP. <3
