Haunt the House is one of my favorite games to play, especially around Halloween. The player is a ghost who realizes that his normally empty house has been occupied by bunch of people throwing a party. The goal is to scare away the thirty people in the house by possessing objects and changing the atmosphere from a relaxed feel to a terrified haunted house. The more people you scare, the more abilities you unlock, which makes you more powerful. However, you do not want to scare the guests enough to cause them to kill themselves in the house because then you will be stuck with their ghosts at the end of the game and will not receive the highest rank. My favorite object to possess in the game is the mirror above the fireplace on the ground floor. Once you get its second ability, there is a good chance that everyone you scare in that room will run away from the house without killing themselves in the process.
