In an effort to control my fucking anxiety right now, I have made a To Do list to organise my thoughts and tasks. It’s not exactly helping yet - it’s quite long, which in itself is stressful, and crossing things off it has yet to provide any relief - but at least it’s all in front of me. Sorry if my presence recently/in the near future is patchy, both in writing and on tumblr, but I’m kinda just struggling to keep going right now. This has hit me like a truck, out of nowhere, and it’s taking everything I’ve got to keep going and not just... retire to my bed for a week (or four) and pretend the world doesn’t exist. 

So, yeah. That’s my little piece of... TMI probably, for the day ^^;

So I've been gone.

Not that many people will have noticed, but I took a minor leave of absence from Tumblr. At first it was because I was having a crisis of faith regarding my participation in the Sherlock fandom. I was abandoned for no reason by two of my RP partners, which put a damper on my overall experience. Once I got over that, though, I was actually admitted to the hospital for my gallbladder, which has now been removed and (hopefully) will cure me of the issues I've been having.

I'm making an effort to return to Tumblr now that I have been sliced up and invaded, and I have moved all of my Sherlock RPs off of Tumblr (which is apparently just asking for drama). Fingers crossed, I will begin posting, and queuing things relatively soon.

random wybs character information that doesn't really spoil much I guess. Just some things I thought I'd share while I'm working on the next chapter/my art history and rep.drawing essays.

Everything has little to no bearing on the story. Just little bits of wybs headcanon that I thought I'd share.

John finds four eyes jokes to be hillarious, but he's really sensitive about his horns, and his lisp. He still hates cake and refuses to even LOOK at any cake that's brought to the wriggling day party he, KK and Soll share. 

Karkat hates nicknames, and only lets John, Sollux and Gamzee call him anything but Karkat or Vantas. He has a not-so-secret love for roe, which is expensive, so there's a point where he demands Dave not buy it anymore unless it's a super special occasion, rather than every time Dave goes into town, as he did when they were wrigglers.

Sollux was afraid of most bugs before he got his 'new' lusus. He was encouraged by her to learn everything he possibly could about identifying them, since, as she said 'identifying it gives you more time to think whether or not  you're really scared, or just nervous.' His favorite insect is still the honey bee.

Dirk actually hates music boxes and prefers old, defunct MP3's of the first Dirk and Dave's raps and mixes. He sleeps curled up in a ball, pressed up against Jake's recoupercoon. He doesn't let Jake sleep in the bed(even if that's what he tells Equius) and usually crawls into the bed himself about an hour before sunset, in the hopes that Jake doesn't know he sleeps there.

Jake knows. He thinks Dirk's instinct to protect is as adorable as it is unnecessary. He hates chocolate. 

Eridan hates the smell of the ocean, and prefers fresh water to salt.

Equius never really forgot who he was, he simply thought it was all a blasphemous dream, until he was introduced to the Suffering Knight and Jovial Heir mythos. Too much lined up. He doesn't miss being a troll.

Roxy and Rose are much more satisfied with their current relationship. It allows their rivalry to be on a more even keel. 

Jane is a neat freak when it comes to the kitchen, but can't give two shits about the rest of the hive. It'll fix itself.

Kanaya and Rose clean Roxy and Jane's hive.

Aradia is incredibly snarky with both her parents. She snaps more at her dad than her mom. They are, however, the first people she turns to for help, even if she knows there are other more knowledgeable sources available to her.

Music boxes make Gamzee cry. No one can figure out why.

Nepeta likes old cartoons. She doesn't care where they're from, if they have Alternian subtitles, she's on them quicker than a flash.

Tavros stays very far from cliffs, going so far as to cling to Nepeta or Dirk, depending on whether he's staying with his mom or dad.

that's a little blurb for everyone who's been introduced so far, without spoiling anything, I think. I can't say much about certain characters because well...it's not time yet.
